Wendy started Concetto Modulare from a very personal place: her love for the kitchen and preparing food for her daughter and husband.

For Wendy, the kitchen isn’t just a “nice feature.” It’s where the family reconnects.—where they see each other, slow down, and intentionally nurture their relationship as a family.

That’s why she cares deeply about kitchens that feel welcoming and efficient—not just for guests, but for the people who live there every day.

And because their group has the capability to support large construction development—and the project management discipline that comes with it—Wendy asked a practical but powerful question:

“If we can deliver excellent standards for complex projects, why not bring that same level of quality and discipline to homes—so homeowners can feel proud of their space every single day?”

That question became Concetto Modulare.

Ramil’s strength is his eye—and his standards.
